Its nearly that time again. . .
The Great Northern Hamfest has ran in Barnsley now for 19 very successful years.
This year is somewhat special as it is the 20th Birthday of the Great Northern Hamfest.
Details of user-groups, charities, repeater groups, special interest groups, clubs and other attractions attending will follow over the coming month, in the run up to the HamFest.

With kind assistance from the Barnsley Chronicle and Metrodome leisure complex we are able to hold door prices at the same as last year.

This year the SYRG team have been out in force at many events and clubs and will be on the road again in September.
This year sees SYRG attending for the first time at the Rotherham show in Clifton Park, Rotherham. We will be there for 2 days on the Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September so why not pop it in your dairy now and come along to see us there.
The Rotherham Show is a fantastic show with over 20,000 visitors each year and best of all admittance is FREE.
You will find us at Stand 40, by the food area another good reason to pop along and see us. There are plenty of other things to do while your there with live music, beer tent, many trade stands plus much more a good family fun filled day out.
