GB3HF on air

Long awaited and thwarted with a thousand problems GB3HF is now on air.

There is some fine tuning to be done on the RX side of the kit but so far so good.

We welcome your signal reports, just leave a comment at the foot of this article.

Frequencies & Access Control

  • Input (repeater receiver) frequency: 51.260 MHz
  • Output (repeater transmitter) frequency: 50.760 MHz
  • Access by CTCSS 71.9 Hz (UK tone “B”) at peak deviation 250 Hz. Subject to change !!!
  • Continuous CTCSS tone needed for talk-through.
