This year’s Sheffield Funding Fair for voluntary, community and faith groups based in Sheffield is promising to be even bigger and better than the last two Fairs. Twenty-three funders and support agencies have confirmed that they are attending the Fair. This event promises to be a great opportunity for groups to discover more information about applying for funding.

There is no need to book, and groups can drop in at any time throughout the day.
Full details of the support provided by the funders and agencies will be available in a printed guide at the Fair.
This event follows the very successful Funding Fair 2009 when there were major funders, including the Big Lottery, in attendance and some important support agencies on hand to provide advice about making successful funding bids, managing finances, as well as business support for social enterprises.
The event is organised in partnership between the Sheffield City Council, South Yorkshire Funding Advice Bureau and Voluntary Action Sheffield and last year the event attracted over 400 people representing 350 groups.
