
The first Swiss satellite entirely designed by students was successfully launched from India at 8:21am on the 23rd Sept 2009.
The amateur radio community is very important for the SwissCube operations. Indeed, they provide useful data that allow them to monitor the satellite ouside the range of their antennas.
Swiss Cube Project is providing two applications to the amateur radio community which include a CW becon decoder and a AX.25 downlink.
SYRG will be participating in the Swiss Cube Project.
